Marquee was founded by Alex Park - a serial entrepreneur who grew up watching his father work as a real estate agent in Los Angeles. He saw firsthand how much effort goes into every listing, and how rarely that effort translates into marketing that actually moves buyers.
Years later, after building companies at the intersection of technology and creative production, he saw the same gap still sitting wide open: agents with stunning properties and beautiful listing photography, but no efficient way to turn those images into video content that actually sells.
Traditional video production means coordinating crews, scheduling shoot days, and waiting weeks for a finished product. For a luxury agent managing multiple listings, that timeline doesn't work. The listing is live now. The buyer is looking now.
