We use your information solely to fulfill your order, communicate with you about delivery and revisions, and send occasional updates about our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.

When you provide a listing URL, we access the associated property images for the purpose of producing your video. We do not store, share, or use those images for any purpose beyond your order.

By placing an order, you may receive transactional emails related to your order status and delivery. You may opt out of any non-transactional communications at any time by emailing alex@marquee.video.

We retain your order information for up to three years for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Our website may use basic analytics to understand traffic and usage. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
