Terms of Service

Marquee produces property videos for real estate professionals. Upon placing an order, you provide a listing URL and we deliver a fully produced video file within five business days. One revision is included per order.

Payment is collected in full at the time of order. All sales are in USD. We do not offer refunds once production has begun.

By placing an order, you confirm that you hold the rights to all listing images associated with your order and that you are authorized to use them for marketing purposes. You grant Marquee a limited license to use those images solely for the purpose of producing your property video. Marquee will not use your images for any other purpose.

Upon delivery and receipt of full payment, you own the finished video file. You may use it for any lawful marketing purpose, including social media, listing pages, email, and paid advertising. Marquee retains the right to use finished videos as portfolio samples unless you request otherwise in writing.

One revision is included per order. A revision is defined as a single round of changes communicated in one message. Additional revisions may be requested at an additional fee.

We deliver finished video files within five business days of receiving a complete order. If we fail to deliver within that window for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund.

Marquee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or the finished video. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
